HOW IS MY ITEM SHIPPED?

Cards & A5 prints are sent 1st class with Royal Mail.
Everything else is sent 48hr tracked with Royal Mail.

There is the option to upgrade to 24hr tracked at the checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE DISPATCHED?

Our normal processing times are 1-2 working days.
Please check the home page for any updates around busy times.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?

I will work with you to make sure that you receive and are happy with your purchase from Forever Dotty, I cannot though be held responsible for shipping delays due to public holidays and such. Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class items within 1-2 working days from the date of postage they can however sometimes take longer due to unforeseen circumstances and refunds can only be looked into after 10 working (mon-fri excluding public holidays). Please make sure that you order in plenty of time for any presents or special occasions.

RETURNS

I gladly accept returns, Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
